Background

Since 2013 Flavia Barbato is part of the Dike Schindhelm office, since 2019 als a Partner.

Since 2003 she has collaborated with various law offices in Bologna in the area of private law, family law and assistance to companies. She has been a member of AIAF (Associazione italiana avvocati per la famiglia e i minori) [association of Italian family lawyers].

In 2007 she has been admitted to the bar in Bologna.

In 2003 she has graduated from the University of Naples (Federico II) in legal studies.

Flavia Barbato’s main area of expertise is private law, with particular regard to property interests and obligations.

She has also significant experience in the various activities of debt recovery in favour of private persons and companies.

She has a multi-year experience in family law issues (separation and divorce). She also provides assistance for protection of under-age children and in the framework of the parent-child relationship when the family faces a crisis.
