Background
Daniel Kida is an attorney-at-law and member of the Corporate and M&A Department at the law firm SDZLEGAL Schindhelm. He joined the firm's team in July 2022.
His previous professional experience includes: at a law firm that is part of one of the 'big four' companies, in the transaction team of one of the largest Polish law firms and in the transaction team of a boutique law firm in Warsaw.
Daniel graduated in law from the University of Rzeszow and Maastricht University (LL.M. in Corporate and Commercial Law).
Daniel is an attorney-at-law registered on the list of solicitors kept by the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.
Daniel has many years of professional experience in M&A transactions, corporate support and corporate restructuring projects.
He specialises mainly in mergers and acquisitions transactions. He conducts legal due diligence audits of companies in connection with planned transactions. He has advised, among others, private investors, private equity funds, and founding owners of companies in domestic as well as cross-border transaction processes.
