Austria: New edition of the SAXINGER Logbook "Navigating Rough Waters": the compass for finance and restructuring coming soon

Difficult economic conditions typically require not only particular care and attention in corporate finance but also an adaptation of corporate structures to the changed conditions through restructuring, as well as appropriate recovery measures in the event of a corporate crisis.

The logbook "Navigieren auf rauer See" ("Navigating Rough Waters") covers important terms from civil and corporate law, company law, labor law, and insolvency law in alphabetical order, which are of interest to legal professionals and laypersons alike in the context of financing, restructuring, and recovery.

The 4th edition includes some formal updates, as well as new legal content and additions. Notably, the new legal form of the flexible company (FexCo) and related updates have been integrated.

This logbook is the first publication in the SAXINGER Series, where different important and relevant (legal) topics will be addressed in each volume.
